The Universidad Finis Terrae School of Law hosted the first in-person meeting of Legal Clinics that are members of the Legal Assistance and Guidance Program for .CL Domain owners, organized jointly with NIC Chile last Friday, November 10 in Santiago, Chile.

The meeting was attended by representatives from Legal Clinics of the universities: Católica del Norte, Católica de la Santísima Concepción, Finis Terrae y Central. The Universidad of Talca was invited to the group, and is currently in the process of incorporation to be fully operational by the year's end.

The meeting was an opportunity to share experiences and best practices that each clinic developed, and discuss areas for improvement that can be achieved to provide a better, free legal advice service to those represented in the arbitrations of the .CL domain name dispute resolution system.

As an activity highlight, the .CL Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center presented participants with a performance report covering the period 2018-2023: a document that releases eleven indicators that measure individual and joint action of the legal clinics participating in the Program.
